Terms and Conditions for Coaching Services
Effective Date: Date of Purchase

By purchasing or using the coaching services provided by Success Stories Academy, operated by Deana Cowger, including individual coaching sessions, courses, and other related content (collectively referred to as the "Goal Mastery Blueprint Program" or "Program"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review these carefully before engaging in the Program.

Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and participating in the Goal Mastery Blueprint Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Coaching Relationship
The coaching services provided by Success Stories Academy, led by Deana Cowger, are designed to support personal growth, goal setting, and decision-making. The coaching relationship is one of partnership, where you are responsible for your own actions and decisions. Deana Cowger will offer guidance, support, and resources to help you achieve your goals, but the success of the Program depends on your commitment and participation.

The coaching services are not a substitute for professional therapy, mental health care, or medical advice. If you are seeking therapeutic services, you should consult a licensed therapist or other healthcare provider.

Program Overview
The Goal Mastery Blueprint Program may consist of one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching sessions, digital resources such as worksheets, videos, workbooks, and additional tools and materials to support your growth.

Payment and Refunds
Payment for the Goal Mastery Blueprint Program is processed through Kajabi at the time of purchase. You may pay via credit card or other accepted payment methods through the Kajabi platform.

You may request a refund up until the start of the fourth session of the Goal Mastery Blueprint Program. To qualify for a refund, no more than three coaching sessions must have been delivered. Refunds will not be issued once the fourth session begins, and you will be responsible for the full payment of the Program.

Refunds are also not available for digital products or services once they have been delivered or accessed.

If payment is not successfully processed through Kajabi, access to the Program will be suspended until payment is completed. If payment issues persist, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program.

Client Responsibilities
To get the most out of the Goal Mastery Blueprint Program, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled coaching sessions or notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
• Come to sessions prepared and ready to work on your goals.
• Be open and honest about your challenges, progress, and any personal obstacles.
• Take actionable steps toward your goals based on the coaching and materials provided.

If a client consistently misses sessions or fails to engage with the Program, we may suggest a review of their commitment to the Program or recommend alternative solutions.

Session Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide notice within this time frame may result in the session being forfeited, at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling based on availability.

Confidentiality
All information shared during the coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except in the following circumstances:

• When required by law.
• When there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
• With your explicit consent.

Results Disclaimer
While we provide tools, resources, and coaching support, we cannot guarantee specific results. Your success in the Goal Mastery Blueprint Program depends on your effort, commitment, and the actions you take. Individual outcomes may vary, and no guarantees are made about achieving any specific outcome or result.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Success Stories Academy operated by Deana Cowger is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Goal Mastery Blueprint Program. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Success Stories Academy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your actions or participation in the Program.

Termination
Success Stories Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Goal Mastery Blueprint Program if you fail to adhere to these Terms and Conditions, engage in disruptive or harmful behavior, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the coaching process. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Use of Program Materials

The materials provided in this Program, including but not limited to worksheets, exercises, and videos, are intended for your personal use during the Program. These materials are the property of their respective copyright holders, and you agree not to distribute, share, or reproduce them without permission. Any violation of this term may result in the termination of your participation in the Program, with no refund issued.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through mediation or arbitration in Collin County, Texas. If mediation or arbitration is unsuccessful, the matter may be taken to court.

Modifications to Terms
Success Stories Academy operated by Deana Cowger reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by email or by posting an updated version on our website. Continued participation in the Program after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
